Our clients a leading M&E contractor based in London require an HR assistant to join an existing and busy team. You will report to the snr HR Manager with responsibilities which would include communicating HR initiatives, applying latest legal frameworks and practices, salary review process coordination,
benefits coordination and employee engagement analysis, performance review training, etc. You will ideally have relevant HR qualifications with at least 2 years in a similar role. Candidates with exceptional organisational skills, computer literacy and the ability to communicate at all levels are desired. Previous experience of working within the Construction industry would be useful. The company offers excellent career prospects and a competitive remuneration.
