Sales Manager – Construction
We are working with an industry leader, they have asked us to recruit a Sales Executive for their South West Region. This company are a well respected company who specialise in construction and specifically modular buildings.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales in the Modular hire industry including;
Construction industry experience essential
Proven track record of working within the hire business
PC literate with experience of the Microsoft Suite of Packages, Lotus Notes
Working knowledge of current building regulations an advantage
Experience of conducting presentations
To promote the company its products and services.
Responsible for meeting targets as set out in yearly budget, at agreed margin levels.
Develop Key Accounts.
Manage and maintain a pipeline in accordance with the hire strategy & budget.
Visit prospective clients to establish needs and determine requirements
Ability to price jobs to agreed value by using standard pricing template as used within the hire business.
Attend meetings with clients and suppliers.
Identify new hire markets.
Liase with internal teams to ensure projects completed successfully.
Attend sales meetings, Conferences and Exhibitions on behalf of the company, promoting our products within the market when required.
Complete all relevant sales reports.
