Quantity Surveyor (Freelance) - High-end residential - Hampstead  

My client is one of London's leading prime residential refurbishment and new build contractors. There is a requirement for a quantity surveyor to be site based in Hampstead, to work on the fit-out of a 28,000 sq ft High End Residential project.   

The role is to aid in the procurement of and pricing of client variations underneath the Senior Surveyor. this is a 3-6 month term contract, with the option for a permanent position after successful completion of the project.Ideally degree qualified with a minimum of 5 years experience, able to work independently producing scopes of works and drawing packages, and completing sub-contract order docs. High end experience and a flexible approach to the process is essential.
