Project Manager – Residential (new build) – London – freelance We are working with a national Construction company who specialise in new build residential developments. They undertake a variety of developments throughout London. With a number of schemes due to start they need to recruit quality managers to run the projects. The first project will be a new build development of 120 residential units in West London. Requirements; Experience on RC Frame residential developments Stable career history Relevant construction qualifications Duties •Manage and motivate site team •Ensure Health and Safety is adhered to at all times. •Programming •Ensure relevant information is recorded accurately. •Computer literate word, excel and MS Project. •Complete the works on time & within agreed financial budgets within a safe framework. •Maintain a professional image at all times. •Ensure the highest standards of quality at all times. •Have full site responsibility and report to Contracts Manager This company have a reputation for investing in their employees, along with a competitive salary this role provides excellent career prospects.
