Contracts Manager – London - Permanent - Great Company
Our Client is a commercial interiors main contracting specialist, undertaking office, light industrial and retail Category A and B fit-outs and refurbishment schemes across London and the South East.
Our client has delivered projects ranging from £500k up to £5m for architects, building surveyors, facilities managers, landlords, occupiers and project managers.
The need now exists for an experienced Contracts Manager to join the team.
The Contracts Manager is required to manage projects within budget and on programme, to the highest standards of workmanship and quality.
·Overall financial control of a series of projects
·To organise and operate effective control over sites, through site managers including health & safety and CDM requirements.
·To achieve financial targets and maintain strict budgetary control by means of the company financial systems.
·To motivate site management and sub-contractors, and ensure adequate resources to achieve project programmes.
·To achieve complete client satisfaction on all contracts.
Suitable candidate must have a minimum 5 years’ commercial office interiors contract management experience on project values from £50k to £3m on both refurbishment and fitting out projects.
