My client is a specialist sub-contractor in ceiling and partition fit out, working predominantly with end user clients, this specialist ceiling and partition contractor is cash rich. With an annual turnover of £10M, my client will celebrate their 20th year in business and due to expansion in other areas of the business, my client is now seeking a Business Development Manager who can bring work to the table and grow the company.
The Role:
- This role for Business Development Manager presents a rare and unique opportunity, which has the potential to offer partnership in a well-established ceiling and partition sub-contractor, with the promise of share options and bonuses based on profit.
- In order to be considered for this unique, once in a life time opportunity, Business Development Managers must come from a background in drywall, partitions, ceilings and acoustic treatments.
- Business Development Managers will have a proven record in sub-contracting fit out solutions for commercial markets in London
- You will have a proven track record in managing multiple contracts of ceiling and partition installation at different phases in construction
- Business Development Managers must be strong with procurement, and therefore an ability to read complex construction drawings within ceiling and partition will be essential for this role.
- Business Development Managers must have worked for a sub-contractor who operate in both supply and fit of ceiling and partition interior fit out solutions.
- Business Development Managers must display a natural commercial acumen, with proven track record in managing procurement of material, labour and supply chain.
