We are looking for an experienced Technical Services Manager to join a leading Tier 1 main contractor, delivering a range of commercial and life sciences projects across London. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-profile, complex projects within a growing sector.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all technical services delivery on projects, ensuring quality and compliance with specifications.
  • Lead MEP coordination and integration throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Work closely with clients, design teams, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Provide leadership on all technical issues, supporting design and build stages.
  • Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Report directly to senior management on project progress and technical performance.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Technical Services Manager, ideally with a main contractor.
  • Strong background in MEP systems within commercial or life sciences environments.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage complex, high-value projects from pre-construction through delivery.
  • Available to start within a short notice period.
  • Right to work in the UK required.

Package:

  • £500 per day (contract) OR up to £105,000 annual salary (permanent).
