We are pleased to announce that we are currently seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to join their team. This position will be based on-site in Amsterdam, Netherlands.
Oversee the development, review, and integration of all electrical designs (HV, LV, UPS, generators, lighting, containment), ensuring alignment between consultants, subcontractors, and construction teams throughout all project phases.
• Manage Technical Compliance & Standards
Validate that all electrical systems meet project specifications, client requirements, regulatory codes, testing standards, and mission-critical data centre performance criteria.
• Support Installation & Construction Delivery
Provide on-site technical leadership during installation, resolving design queries, guiding subcontractors, and ensuring high-quality delivery across all electrical works.
• Drive Testing, Commissioning & Handover Readiness
Coordinate pre-commissioning, energisation stages, FAT/SAT activities, and final sign-off documentation to guarantee all electrical systems are fully verified and ready for operational handover.
• Lead Stakeholder Interface & Progress Reporting
Act as the key electrical point of contact for project managers, design partners, and client representatives, delivering progress updates, risk assessments, and technical recommendations.
Must have 6+ years’ experience in a similar role on large scale construction projects (including Data Centres)
Must be able to demonstrate stable experience with Main Contractors on similar projects
