Senior Bids Writer – Data Centres – Dublin

We are partnering with a leading international design and build contractor that specialises in delivering state-of-the-art data centres across Europe. Due to continuous growth and success, they are seeking an experienced Senior Bids Writer to join their dynamic team in Dublin.

This is a key strategic role, responsible for creating compelling, high-quality bid submissions that secure high-value projects in the mission-critical and hyperscale data centre markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the creation of clear, compelling, and technically accurate written responses for PQQs, EOIs, RFPs, and full tender submissions.
• Collaborate with technical, operational, and commercial teams to develop win themes and delivery strategies tailored to client requirements.

• Work closely with the Bid Manager and Business Development team to craft narratives that align with client expectations, bid strategy, and value propositions.
• Ensure all responses position the company as a market leader in data centre design and construction.

• Develop and maintain a library of standard responses, case studies, CVs, and methodologies.
• Continuously improve the clarity, consistency, and quality of written content across all submissions.

• Engage with subject matter experts (SMEs), project teams, and senior leadership to gather technical input for responses.
• Translate complex technical information into concise, client-focused narratives.

• Ensure all content complies with client requirements, tender scoring criteria, and internal quality standards.
• Manage review processes, proofread all submissions, and oversee final formatting to meet deadlines.

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience as a bid writer, ideally within the construction, engineering, or infrastructure sectors.
• Data centre experience preferred but not essential.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail under tight deadlines.
• EU passport or legal right to work in Ireland.
