Quantity Surveyor – Cleanrooms – Kilkenny, Ireland - Hybrid We are currently Partnering with a High-Growth, Market Leader in the Modular Cleanroom Design for the Biopharmaceutical sector. Demonstrating success across the UK and EMEA, they are currently seeking a Quantity Surveyor to help further develop their growth. Responsibilities • Cost Management & Control – Manage all commercial aspects of cleanroom construction projects, ensuring accurate cost forecasting, budgeting, and reporting throughout the project lifecycle. Requirements Must have relevant degree level Quantity surveying qualifications Benefits €70,000 - €75,000 + Package + Hybrid working
• Procurement & Subcontractor Management – Prepare tender packages, evaluate quotations, and negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers to achieve best value and maintain schedule requirements.
• Contract Administration – Administer contracts in line with company and client procedures, managing variations, change orders, and payment applications.
• Valuations & Financial Reporting – Prepare interim valuations, monitor project cash flow, and produce regular financial and progress reports to support project and commercial teams.
• Collaboration & Compliance – Work closely with project managers, design teams, and clients to ensure commercial compliance, while contributing to continuous improvement and value engineering initiatives.
Must be based in Ireland
Must have 5+ years’ experience in a similar role on Pharmaceutical/Cleanroom construction projects
Must have excellent communication skills (Both written and verbal)
