Quality Manager – Cleanroom Construction | Sunderland | £50,000–£60,000 + Package We are partnering with amarket-leading modular cleanroom specialistdelivering high-quality controlled environments to thebiopharmaceutical and advanced manufacturing sectorsacross the UK and Europe. As part of their continued expansion, they are seeking an experiencedQuality Manager to oversee QA/QC performance across major cleanroom design and build projects. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an innovative, high-growth organisation that’s setting new standards in cleanroom construction quality, safety, and compliance. The Role Lead all quality assurance and control activities across multiple cleanroom projects. Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO 14644, and client-specific requirements. Develop and maintain robust Quality Management Systems (QMS). Conduct site audits, inspections, and manage non-conformance processes (CAPA). Collaborate with project managers, design engineers, and subcontractors to drive a culture of continuous improvement and right-first-time delivery. Prepare and maintain project-specific quality documentation and handover records. Minimum 3+ years’ experience in a quality management or QA/QC role within cleanroom or controlled environment construction. Excellent knowledge of ISO 14644, GMP, and construction QA procedures. Strong communication and leadership skills. Based within a commutable distance of Sunderland.
