QA/QC Supervisor – Life Sciences Projects
Location: Limerick, Ireland
Job Type: Full-Time (Permanent)
Salary: €70,000 – €80,000 + Company Car + Benefits
OR Contract Option: €375 – €400 per day

A leading specialist contractor in the cleanroom and controlled environments sector is seeking an experienced QA/QC Supervisor to join a major project in Limerick.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-value Life Sciences and Pharmaceutical developments, supporting the delivery of critical cleanroom construction works to the highest quality standards.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Lead QA/QC activities across cleanroom and controlled environment works
• Ensure compliance with project quality plans, ITPs, and inspection procedures
• Carry out inspections and audits of workmanship and materials on site
• Manage snagging, punch lists, and close-out documentation
• Coordinate with construction, commissioning, and client teams to meet handover milestones
• Review and approve subcontractor quality documentation and submissions
• Support resolution of NCRs, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Maintain high standards of reporting and quality record keeping
• Promote a strong safety-first and quality-driven culture on site

Requirements

• Proven QA/QC experience within cleanrooms, pharma, data centres, or mission-critical construction
• Strong understanding of quality systems, inspections, and construction documentation
• Experience managing subcontractors and working within multidisciplinary site teams
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to drive quality standards
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Relevant trade, engineering, or construction qualification preferred
