QA/QC Lead – Hyperscale Data Centre – Mons, Belgium

💰 €110,000 – €130,000 gross salary OR €500–€600 per day (contract)
 

We are seeking an experienced QA/QC Lead to join a leading contractor on a major hyperscale data centre project in Belgium. This is a key leadership role where you will be the single point of contact for all quality-related matters, driving compliance, continuous improvement, and operational excellence on one of Europe’s most exciting mission-critical projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the technical lead for Construction Quality Management, reporting directly to the Project Director.
• Develop, implement, and maintain the Construction Quality Management Program in line with client requirements.
• Review and approve subcontractor quality documentation, including Quality Plans and ITPs.
• Lead weekly quality meetings with subcontractors and oversee project compliance.
• Manage BIM Issues & Non-Conformance Reports, ensuring they are logged, tracked, and closed out before asset completion.
• Conduct failure investigations and root cause analysis, implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Champion Lean Construction processes, driving waste elimination and improving efficiency.
• Deliver weekly Quality Dashboard reports and support project performance reviews.
• Implement the Walkdown procedure and ensure all personnel receive site quality induction.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Quality Manager on large-scale data centre or mission-critical projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of construction quality standards, processes, and documentation.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Available to start within 2–4 weeks.
• Must hold an EU passport (required for work in Belgium).

Package:

• €110,000 – €130,000 gross annual salary OR €500 – €600 per day (contract).
• 17/4 rotation with flights, shared accommodation, and shared vehicle included.
• €8,500 net overseas allowance.
