We are seeking an ambitious Project Manager to lead complex data centre construction projects in Italy. This is an excellent opportunity to join a world-class international contractor, delivering major projects across data centres, semiconductors, batteries, pharmaceuticals, and biotechnology.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving delivery, managing large-scale budgets, ensuring quality and safety compliance, and leading cross-functional teams to complete mission-critical projects on time and to the highest standards.
Please note: An EU Passport is required for this position.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of major data centre projects
Manage budgets, schedules, and quality standards across all project phases
Ensure full compliance with EHS regulations and internal procedures
Coordinate and oversee external contractors, suppliers, and partners
Act as the primary client contact, ensuring satisfaction and building relationships
Produce and present progress and performance reports
Conduct regular project reviews and resolve issues proactively
Inspire and guide multidisciplinary teams to achieve project objectives
Candidate Profile
EU Passport Holder (essential)
Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline
10+ years of project management experience on large-scale industrial or data centre projects
Strong knowledge of CSA, Mechanical, and Electrical systems
Track record of delivering projects in data centres, semiconductors, advanced manufacturing, or life sciences
Fluent in Italian and English (written & spoken)
Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multinational environment
