Project Manager – Data Centre Construction (EU Passport Required)

We are seeking an ambitious Project Manager to lead complex data centre construction projects in Italy. This is an excellent opportunity to join a world-class international contractor, delivering major projects across data centres, semiconductors, batteries, pharmaceuticals, and biotechnology.
 

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving delivery, managing large-scale budgets, ensuring quality and safety compliance, and leading cross-functional teams to complete mission-critical projects on time and to the highest standards.
 

Please note: An EU Passport is required for this position.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of major data centre projects
• Manage budgets, schedules, and quality standards across all project phases
• Ensure full compliance with EHS regulations and internal procedures
• Coordinate and oversee external contractors, suppliers, and partners
• Act as the primary client contact, ensuring satisfaction and building relationships
• Produce and present progress and performance reports
• Conduct regular project reviews and resolve issues proactively
• Inspire and guide multidisciplinary teams to achieve project objectives

Candidate Profile

• EU Passport Holder (essential)
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline
• 10+ years of project management experience on large-scale industrial or data centre projects
• Strong knowledge of CSA, Mechanical, and Electrical systems
• Track record of delivering projects in data centres, semiconductors, advanced manufacturing, or life sciences
• Fluent in Italian and English (written & spoken)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multinational environment
