Project Manager – Data Centre – Austria

We are currently partnering with a leading Roofing and Cladding Package Contractor who have seen continuous success in the Pharmaceutical and Data Centre sectors across Europe. Due to continuous growth, they are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the Facades and Roofing packages on a Data Centre construction project in Austria.

Responsibilities

•    Project Planning & Delivery Oversight
Lead the planning, sequencing and delivery of facade and roofing works, ensuring all activities align with programme milestones and overall data centre construction timelines.
•    Subcontractor & Site Coordination
Coordinate daily operations with site teams, suppliers and wider project stakeholders, resolving interface issues and ensuring smooth integration of cladding and roofing packages with adjacent trades.
•    Quality Control & Technical Compliance
Oversee installation quality for facade panels, roofing systems and associated components, ensuring strict adherence to specifications, technical drawings, safety standards and client requirements.
•    Commercial & Procurement Management
Support procurement of materials and specialist services, manage package budgets, track variations, and ensure works are delivered efficiently and within agreed commercial parameters.
•    HSE Leadership & Risk Management
Promote and enforce high standards of health, safety and environmental compliance; identify project risks early and implement mitigation strategies to safeguard workforce and programme outcomes.

Requirements

Must have relevant degree level qualifications or equivalent trades’ backgrounds
Must have 8+ years’ experience in a similar role delivering facades packages on large scale construction projects (preferably Data Centres)
Must have EU Passport or RTW in Europe
