This is a high-profile, technically complex scheme that demands strong coordination skills, a sharp commercial mindset, and proven experience delivering large envelope packages on fast-paced projects.
As Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for planning, coordination and execution of the roofing and cladding scope, ensuring seamless delivery from preconstruction through to handover. Working closely with the main contractor, design teams and your internal site management, you will drive programme, quality and installation progress across a demanding construction environment.
• Lead the delivery of a €20m roofing & cladding package on a live data centre project
• Coordinate design development, technical details, and interface with other trades
• Manage programme, sequencing, logistics, H&S and installation quality
• Oversee site teams, supervisors and subcontract labour
• Maintain strong relationships with GC, client reps and supply chain partners
• Report progress, risks and commercial considerations to senior leadership
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, European standards and QA procedures
• Proven experience managing major roofing, cladding or façade packages
• Strong technical understanding of building envelope systems
• Experience on data centres, mission-critical or other large industrial schemes beneficial
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage complex logistics and fast-paced installation programmes
• Competitive salary/package aligned with experience
