We’re on the lookout for a high-calibre MEP QA/QC Manager to take the lead on quality delivery for a €130m+ hyperscale data centre project in Mons, Belgium.
This is boots-on-the-ground, no-room-for-error territory — if you thrive under pressure, know your ITPs from your NCRs, and have the confidence to own QA across the full MEP scope, we want to hear from you.
Reporting directly to the Project Director, you’ll be the driving force behind construction quality on-site. You’ll coordinate quality systems, lead subcontractor compliance, and ensure all works meet the strictest standards – on paper and in the field.
• Own and implement the Construction Quality Management Plan
• Review and approve all subcontractor quality submissions (ITPs, Method Statements, etc.)
• Lead QA coordination meetings, walkdowns, and inspections
• Monitor site works, ensuring full compliance with client quality standards
• Track and close out NCRs, BIM issues, and punch items before handover
• Run Failure Investigations and drive corrective actions
• Manage digital QA records via BIM 360
• Champion Lean Construction and reduce waste/rework
• Produce weekly Quality Dashboards and progress reports
• Drive the Clean Build programme on-site
• Ensure all personnel complete QA inductions and understand expectations
• Proven QA/QC experience on large-scale MEP projects, ideally within Data Centres
• Strong understanding of quality systems, inspections, and ISO standards
• Solid BIM 360 / digital QA records experience
• Sharp attention to detail and solid leadership on-site
• EU Passport (mandatory) – no visa sponsorship
• Up to €130,000 gross salary
• €8,500 net overseas allowance
• 17/4 rotation
