We’re hiring an M&E Quantity Surveyor to support the commercial delivery of data centre, pharma, and commercial fit out projects across Ireland. This role offers exposure to complex mechanical and electrical systems within one of the most dynamic sectors in construction.
Key Responsibilities
Manage M&E cost plans, budgets, and subcontractor packages.
Prepare valuations, variations, and financial reports.
Work closely with engineering and project teams to ensure commercial control.
Support tendering, procurement, and change management processes.
Requirements
5+ years’ experience as an M&E QS or Building Services QS.
Experience in data centre, pharmaceutical, or commercial projects.
Strong contract knowledge (NEC / FIDIC / RIAI).
Degree in Quantity Surveying or Building Services Engineering.
