E&I Lead Engineer – Steel Plant – Lulea We are currently partnering with a multinational Mechanical, Electrical and Instrumentation services provider with offices across Europe. Due to continued growth in their industrial arm, they are now seeking an experienced E&I Lead Engineer to join their team in Lulea, Sweden. Responsibilities • Project Leadership – Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of all E&I engineering activities, ensuring compliance with project schedules and budgets. Requirements Must have relevant degree level qualification or equivalent trades background Benefits €100,000 - €110,000 + Full Rotational Package
• Technical Oversight – Review and approve engineering drawings, technical documents, and specifications to ensure compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
• Team Management – Supervise and mentor E&I engineers, supervisors, and technicians, providing guidance and ensuring effective resource allocation across the project.
• Quality & Safety Assurance – Ensure all E&I works are delivered to the highest quality and safety standards, working in alignment with project HSE requirements and Swedish/EU regulations.
• Coordination & Communication – Act as the key interface between project management, construction teams, subcontractors, and clients to resolve technical issues and maintain progress.
Must have 8+ years’ experience in a similar position on large scale industrial projects
Must have EU Passport or RTW in Sweden
