What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead HSE operations across multiple high-tech/pharma projects
• Manage audits, inspections, and weekly safety processes
• Review and approve RAMS and safety documentation
• Guide subcontractors and project teams to maintain safety excellence
• Drive continuous improvement and proactive safety initiatives
• Conduct incident investigations and corrective action plans

What You Need

• 5+ years in HSE roles within construction/pharma/high-tech
• Excellent understanding of Irish H&S legislation
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to influence at all levels
• Full clean driving licence (vehicle provided)
