What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead all site safety activities and ensure full compliance
• Carry out inspections, audits, safety walks & toolbox talks
• Review and manage RAMS, permits, and documentation
• Drive proactive safety culture across the site
• Work closely with construction teams and subcontractors
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions

What You Need

• 5+ years of HSE experience in construction/pharma/high-tech
• Strong knowledge of Irish H&S legislation
• Excellent communication and influencing skills
• Self-motivated, confident, and proactive
• Own car essential
