This is your opportunity to step into one of the most exciting hyperscale data centre builds currently underway in Europe.

We’re hiring an Electrical Supervisor to join a high-performing delivery team on a major international tech client's mission-critical facility in Mons, Belgium. If you're looking for scale, speed, and complexity in a project — this is it.

You'll be responsible for driving installation quality, overseeing large electrical site teams, and managing all aspects of QA, inspection, and testing in fast-moving project zones. This isn't a clipboard role — you'll be on the floor, solving problems, setting the pace, and leading by example.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead on-site electrical works, supervising large teams (30+) and subcontractors
• Oversee installation of ELV systems, containment, lighting, small power, fire alarm, security, and more
• Implement and maintain all quality assurance systems in line with project specs
• Liaise directly with the client on technical and quality issues, ensuring expectations are met
• Coordinate system handovers and maintain meticulous QA documentation
• Conduct audits and ensure the project stays aligned with contractual quality standards
• Work in lockstep with the QA/QC team, safety managers, and other trades to keep the site moving safely and efficiently

What You’ll Bring:

• Electrical trade or engineering qualification
• 5+ years in electrical supervision on large-scale or mission-critical builds
• Proven experience leading teams and managing complex installation packages
• Deep understanding of quality systems, handover processes, and QA reporting
• Experience with fire alarm, ELV, containment, and power distribution systems
• Ability to take control of a zone and drive progress without constant oversight
• Fluent English required — French is a bonus
