Electrical Construction Manager – Data Centres – Helsinki, Finland
€90,000 – €100,000 + Accommodation + Transport + Rotation 17/4 + €1,000 Living Cost p/m
 

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Construction Manager to join a leading specialist contractor delivering turnkey data centre projects across Europe. This role offers the opportunity to lead a hyperscale data centre build in Helsinki, working with one of the most trusted companies in the mission-critical sector.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all electrical construction activities on-site from installation to commissioning.
• Oversee QA processes, ensuring compliance with client and industry standards.
• Plan and manage two-week look-ahead schedules and manpower requirements.
• Coordinate subcontractor activities, tracking progress and performance.
• Ensure safe storage and handling of materials and equipment.
• Drive strict Health & Safety compliance and continuous improvement.
• Support project close-out including QA files, safety documentation, and handover.
• Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams for seamless delivery.

Requirements:

• Electrical Qualification – City & Guilds, HNC, BTEC, or NVQ.
• 5+ years’ experience in M&E contracting.
• Previous data centre project experience is an advantage.
• Strong organisational and leadership skills.
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
• EU Passport or right to work in Finland essential.

Package:

• €90,000 – €100,000 DOE
