Employment Type: Full-Time | Permanent
Sector: Hyperscale / Mission-Critical Data Centres

A leading European data centre delivery specialist is seeking an experienced CSA Supervisor to join a major hyperscale data centre project in Amsterdam.

This organisation is recognised across Europe for delivering large-scale, technically complex data centre projects from early works through to full commissioning. With a strong pipeline of projects and a reputation for quality, safety, and engineering excellence, this is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing site team on a flagship project.

As CSA Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision and coordination of all Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) work packages on site. You will play a key role in driving programme, quality, and safety performance, working closely with the Project Manager, Planning team, subcontractors, and design consultants.

This role requires a hands-on site leader with strong experience across civils, structures, fit-out, roofing, and cladding works on large, complex construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and supervise all Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) work packages on site
  •  Take ownership of day-to-day site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to programme
  •  Lead site safety management in conjunction with EHS personnel, including site setup, ongoing monitoring, and close-out
  •  Oversee and enforce project Quality Assurance (QA) procedures, inspections, and hold points
  •  Manage and track subcontractor performance against programme, manpower, and productivity targets
  •  Chair and participate in regular subcontractor coordination meetings
  •  Work closely with Project Managers, Planners, Engineers, and Designers to ensure sequencing and client requirements are met
  •  Review construction drawings, specifications, and setting-out information for accuracy and buildability
  •  Maintain accurate site records, daily reports, and CSA documentation in line with project requirements
  •  Identify, manage, and document change events, ensuring cost and programme impacts are properly captured
  •  Produce, manage, and close out CSA snag lists and punch items
  •  Attend and actively contribute to site meetings, coordination meetings, planning sessions, engineering reviews, and handover meetings
  •  Support project close-out activities including final accounts, QA files, safety files, material reconciliation, and handover documentation

Requirements

  •  Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent trade/technical background with strong site experience
  •  Minimum 7+ years’ experience supervising CSA packages on large-scale construction projects
  •  Proven experience across civils, concrete, structures, fit-out, roofing, and cladding
  •  Previous experience on data centre, pharmaceutical, industrial, or large commercial projects is highly advantageous
  •  Strong leadership capability with the ability to manage site teams and subcontractors
  •  Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
  •  Strong understanding of construction sequencing, safety management, and quality systems

What’s on Offer

  •  Work on a major hyperscale data centre project in the Netherlands
  •  Long-term opportunity with a contractor delivering critical infrastructure across Europe
  •  Competitive salary and benefits package
  •  Strong career progression and professional development support
  •  Collaborative, high-performing site environment with a strong safety culture
