Our client is a leading international contractor delivering complex, large-scale construction projects across Europe. Due to continued growth within the data centre sector, our client is seeking an experienced CSA Package Lead to join the delivery team on a major data centre project in Finland.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management, coordination, and delivery of the Civil, Structural & Architectural (CSA) package, ensuring works are executed safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Working closely with project leadership, construction teams, commercial teams, subcontractors, and client representatives, the CSA Package Lead will play a critical role in driving performance and delivery certainty across all CSA activities.
The successful candidate will work closely with senior management and discipline teams to ensure all CSA works are fully planned, coordinated, and executed in line with programme requirements, technical specifications, and contractual obligations.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage the full CSA (Civil, Structural & Architectural) package on a large-scale data centre project in Finland
• Oversee planning, coordination, and delivery of all CSA works including earthworks, foundations, structural steel, concrete, envelope, and architectural finishes
• Manage subcontractors and specialist CSA contractors, ensuring performance, productivity, and quality targets are achieved
• Develop and maintain detailed construction programmes and ensure alignment with overall project milestones
• Work closely with commercial teams to monitor budgets, control costs, and manage variations
• Ensure all works are delivered in accordance with design specifications, contracts, and regulatory requirements
• Liaise with client representatives, consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
• Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving technical and construction challenges proactively
• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards across all CSA activities
• Lead progress meetings, providing clear reporting on performance, risks, and key deliverables
• Support quality assurance, engineering coordination, and handover planning activities
• Drive a strong delivery culture focused on safety, quality, and programme certainty
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, international standards, and company procedures
