€90,000 - €110,000 per annum + Rotational Package – Permanent Role
Our client is a dedicated Data Centre Construction company providing turnkey solutions to our clients, headquartered in Dublin and delivering throughout Europe. As an engineering-focused organisation, they have grown to become one of the leading and most trusted companies in our sector.
We are pleased to announce that we are currently seeking an experienced BIM Team Lead to join them in Gavle, Sweden.
• Take full ownership of BIM delivery across a hyperscale data centre project, ensuring all models, documentation, and data outputs align with the BIM Execution Plan, project standards, and programme milestones, while driving continuous improvement in BIM workflows to support efficient, high-quality delivery in a fast-paced construction environment.
Stakeholder Coordination
• Act as the primary BIM interface between site teams, subcontractors, design consultants, and client representatives, ensuring consistent application of BIM standards, leading coordination meetings, and driving close-out of actions to maintain alignment with construction priorities.
Team Leadership & Development
• Lead, manage, and develop a team of BIM Coordinators and Technicians by allocating workload, setting clear deliverables, maintaining accountability across outputs, and providing hands-on technical guidance to build a high-performing, solutions-focused BIM team.
MEP Coordination & Clash Resolution
• Oversee the coordination of complex multidisciplinary MEP systems using Revit and Navisworks, proactively identifying, managing, and resolving clashes and design coordination issues in collaboration with subcontractors and engineering teams to ensure buildable, installation-ready models.
Site Integration & Deliverables
• Work closely with package managers and site engineers to ensure BIM models accurately reflect live site conditions and sequencing requirements, while overseeing the timely production and issuance of coordinated drawings, installation details, schedules, and as-built documentation to support construction and handover.
Must have 6+ years previous experience in a similar role on Data Centres or similar large scale construction projects
Must have EU Passport or RTW in Sweden
