We’re partnering with a leading international M&E contractor renowned for delivering high-specification data centre and pharmaceutical projects across the UK and Europe. Due to continued project growth, they are now seeking a BIM Design Engineer to join their team on a large-scale life sciences facility in Surrey.

Key Responsibilities
Support the design and coordination of complex MEP systems using BIM technologies.
Collaborate closely with design, engineering, and site teams to ensure accurate model delivery.
Manage design reviews, clash detection, and coordination between disciplines.
Assist in developing detailed models, drawings, and documentation to meet project standards.
Maintain BIM workflows and ensure data integrity throughout project stages.
Requirements
5+ years’ experience in MEP design coordination or BIM engineering.
Proficiency in Revit and Navisworks.
Experience on large-scale life sciences, data centre, or high-tech projects.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Must be able to work 4–5 days on site (no hybrid working).
