A leading European data centre delivery specialist is seeking three experienced BIM Coordinators to join its expanding BIM team at its Dublin head office in Ballymount.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on large-scale hyperscale data centre projects across Ireland and Europe, supporting complex MEP coordination within fast-paced mission-critical environments.

Reporting to the BIM Team Lead, you will be responsible for delivering coordinated 2D and 3D models in line with the project BIM Execution Plan.

You will manage clash detection, coordinate multidisciplinary services, and support the delivery of technically complex MEP installations across major data centre programmes. This is a hands-on coordination role within a highly collaborative digital construction team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve clashes between mechanical, electrical, and CSA disciplines
• Deliver all 2D and 3D coordination milestones
• Produce coordinated drawings, schedules, and documentation
• Work closely with package managers and site engineers
• Support installation sequencing through accurate modelling
• Ensure compliance with project BIM standards and BEP
• Assist junior BIM team members
• Participate in coordination meetings and reporting

Requirements

• Strong Revit experience (MEP bias essential)
• AutoCAD proficiency preferred
• Navisworks experience desirable
• 4+ years’ experience on large-scale construction projects
• Data centre or mission-critical experience advantageous
• Relevant engineering or technical degree
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
