Our client, a premier contractor with an exceptional reputation for delivering high-quality construction projects across various sectors, needs an experienced Electrical Supervisor. With strong leadership abilities, technical expertise in electrical systems, and the ability to coordinate and communicate effectively with various stakeholders on-site, an Electrical Supervisor will be responsible for managing and supervising all on-site electrical activities, ensuring that the work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project specifications and industry standards. 

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:     

  • Oversee the day-to-day activities of electricians and subcontractors, ensuring that all electrical work is performed safely, on time, and to the highest standards. 

  • Oversee & verify the quality of electrical installations, ensuring compliance with project specifications, industry codes, and safety regulations.  

  • Enforce strict adherence to health and safety protocols & perform briefings, ensuring the use of appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).  

  • Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the installation process, such as design discrepancies, material shortages, or unforeseen obstacles.  

  • Prepare and submit weekly reports to the Site Managers & Project Managers, highlighting key achievements, issues, and next steps. 

  • Ensure that all necessary tools, equipment, and materials are available on-site and in good working condition to avoid any disruptions to the workflow.  

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all electrical-related matters on-site.  

  • Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that expectations are met, and any issues are promptly addressed.  

  • Degree/qualifications in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.  

  • Significant years of experience in electrical supervision within large-scale construction projects.  

  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installation methods, and safety standards.  

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
