An exceptional opportunity for an experienced Electrical Design Manager to join a market-leading consultancy specialising in data centre design and delivery.
 

The role offers full remote flexibility, enabling a senior professional to lead high-performance teams while maintaining work-life balance.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Manage electrical design across multiple data centre projects in the UK and Europe.
• Oversee power distribution systems, LV/HV networks, UPS, generators, and controls.
• Ensure design excellence, cost efficiency, and compliance with all client standards.
• Lead design reviews, risk management, and quality control.
• Mentor engineers and foster continuous improvement and innovation.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• 10+ years’ electrical design experience in data centres or mission-critical sectors.
• Strong leadership and client engagement skills.
• Chartered Engineer (preferred).
• Excellent understanding of electrical redundancy, resilience, and commissioning standards.
