Position: Site Manager – Social Housing – New Build
Location: West London
Salary: £40k + Package
Company Overview: Our client are a regional private owned main contractor undertaking both new build and refurbishment contracts typically between £5m and £25m in value. They work on both social housing and private residential developments on a traditional and design and build basis.
Position: They require an experienced Site Manager to be the no.1 on a £6 million new build contract in West London. You will be fully responsible for the delivery of the scheme heading up the site team and controlling all the trades on site.
Individual: You will have a good track record of delivering new build and refurbishment schemes above £5m in value within the affordable housing and/or spec development market. RC and Timber frame experience is an advantage
