Position: Contracts Manager – Social Housing – New Build
Location: Surrey with London based projects
Salary: £60k + Package
Company Overview: Our client are a regional private owned main contractor undertaking both new build and refurbishment contracts typically between £5m and £25m in value. They work on both social housing and private residential developments on a traditional and design and build basis.
Position: As our client continues to expand, they are seeking to supplement their management team with an additional Contracts Manager. They are looking for a successful and proven candidate to take control of 4-6 contracts, up to £15million and head up teams of Project and Site Managers. The role will include tender presentations, pre construction duties, client liaison and ultimate delivery of projects.
Individual: You will have a strong track record of delivering new build and refurbishment schemes above £5m in value within the affordable housing and/or spec development market to budget and on time. RC and Timber frame experience is an advantage.
You will already be established as a Contracts Manager and be seeking to join a growing business.
The successful applicant will have similar project experience and be looking to join a leading contractor undertaking interesting projects predominately on a negotiated basis. They have an enviable reputation and you will report to an Operations Manager.
