Position: Senior Site Manager – RC Frame residential
Location: Watford
Salary: £45,000 + Package
Our client, a recognised privately owned contractor specialising in private residential developments are currently seeking to secure a Senior Site Manager.
They are due to start a new build private residential 4 storey RC Frame project in Watford consisting of 34 units and need a Senior Site Manger to lead the project team.
The successful individual will be number 1 on site and be expected to program the project and lead the team to a successful delivery. You will need to have previous experience as a number 1 on RC Frame residential projects and have previous experience with either a main contractor or developer.
Future work is likely to be within London and Western/Northern Homes counties and consist of Design & Build residential projects up to £10 million.
This is a good opportunity join a recognised growing contractor with 80% of next years turnover already secured.
