Leading Interiors Contractor specialising in fast track Fit Out & Refurbishment
require a M & E Manager to join their team. Candidates should be a Mechanically or Electrically time served apprentice who has progressed into higher management.
You should be able to: deal with client pprovals, attend pre-contract handover meetings, report to Contracts Managers on all issues, select Subcontractors and assist in the procurement of alternative mechanical & electrical sub-contract packages as well as have an understanding of project risks and the commercial requirement of the business.
