Job Details
Position: M&E Co-ordinator
Category: Building Services
Details: Our client are looking for a M & E Co-Ordinator to manage the day-to-day smooth operation of the M&E works. Ensure safety and quality procedures are complied with on site, including implementation of ITP’s and Method Statements. Provide technical support to the Customer, Designers, our client’s site team and sub-contractors. Plan, Co-ordinate and manage M&E works with the other construction disciplines to ensure efficient implementation of the Project requirements in terms of time and cost. Plan and implement the handover and commissioning strategy including assurance process. Knowledge Required • Relevant experience of working on Major projects. An in depth knowledge is required of the construction process, and site safety, with experience of working at a responsible and senior level. A proven track record of having successfully worked on major projects. • Experience in multi-discipline projects. • Demonstrate ability to perform under pressure in production of project deliverables to programme. • Demonstrate ability to communicate clearly. • Computer literate. • Ability to manage sub-contractors. Qualifications Member of or registered with an appropriate Chartered Institution is desirable. A degree in an appropriate Construction related discipline is desirable.
