Senior Project Manager / Project Director -West London- Major Projects
Our client is a national developer specialising in major new build schemes primarily of high-rise, high-specification apartments.
The need now exists for an experienced Senior Project Manager / Contract Manager to manage a major new build scheme in West London. The project is a mixed-use development consisting of over 700 residential units (High Rise RC frame) and over 100,000sq ft of commercial / retail space with 2 levels of underground parking.The position will be the overall Project Number:1 reporting to a visiting Construction Director.
This post requires a genuine Project Director / Senior Project Manager with demonstrable experience of running a similar sized new build scheme with a recognised developer / contractor to successful handover.
The successful applicant must be highly computer literate with the ability to fully programme the on site works with strong project planning skills.
In return our client is offering a generous basic salary, car / car allowance, full package & (achievable) bonus system.
