Our Client is urgently seeking experienced Site Managers to be part of our projects in North West, England. Our client is a Tier 1 contractor committed to excellence, innovation and sustainability that delivers top notch services that are currently involved in complex technical projects in life sciences, pharmaceutical, commercial, residential, new builds, and data center schemes across Europe. As Site Managers, you must ensure that projects are completed safely, on time, within the budget and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
Supervise all aspects of on-site construction activities including scheduling, resource allocation & coordination.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor the progress, identify issues and implement corrective solutions.
Ensure that work is performed in compliance with safety regulations, quality standards and project specifications.
Collaborate with engineers, architects and construction workers to ensure that project requirements are clearly understood and met.
Verify & interpret drawings, specifications and contracts to identify scope & requirements.
Responsible for client concerns & inquiries in a timely and professional manner ensuring customer satisfaction.
Identify potential risks & issues that may impact project delivery.
5-10 years' experience in Site Manager role.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, techniques and building codes and regulations.
Current SMSTS card required
