Senior Quantity Surveyor - Dublin/Leinster
Due to our client continued expansion, we are actively seeking Senior Quantity Surveyors based in the Dublin/Leinster region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the effective delivery of all commercial requirements for the project.
- Control costs and ensure budgetary goals are met.
- Provide accurate and informed reporting on the project's commercial performance.
- Manage the preparation and evaluation of subcontract packages, contributing to interim and final valuations.
- Assist the Senior Contract Surveyor in coaching and motivating surveyors on the project.
Specific Requirements:
- Relevant third-level degree.
- 10 years of experience, preferably with a main contractor.
- Previous project experience in Construction/Civil Engineering projects is preferred.
- Chartered or working towards chartership.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent IT skills.
