Our company is currently recruiting an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to be working onsite in Kildare, Ireland for a Tier 1 contractor committed to excellence, innovation and sustainability that delivers high quality services. The company is currently involved in complex technical projects in life sciences, pharmaceutical and data centre schemes across Europe. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play an important role in managing all aspects of quantity surveying, cost management and commercial control to the project’s success.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
Prepare reliable cost estimates, budgets and financial status for projects based on detailed analysis of project specifications, analysis, drawing and tender documents.
Ensure the effective delivery of all requirements of the project.
Provide accurate and informed reporting on the project's performance.
Prepare and evaluate tender documents, including contract conditions, bills of quantities, and subcontractor packages.
Ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions including payments, provisions and deliverables.
Degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying.
7+ years of Quantity Surveying experience.
Main contractor experience is an advantage.
Proficiency in quantity surveying softwares.
Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
