Senior Quantity Surveyor - Dublin/Leinster

Due to our client's continued expansion, we are actively seeking Senior Quantity Surveyors based in the Dublin/Leinster region. As a Senior Quantity surveyor you will be involved in every stage of the project from calculating costs, looking after the client needs and monitoring the project’s progress.
Key Responsibilities:
Control costs and ensure budgetary goals are met.
Ensure the effective delivery of all commercial requirements for the project.
Provide accurate and informed reporting on the project's commercial performance.
Manage the preparation and evaluation of subcontract packages, contributing to interim and final valuations.
Assist the Senior Contract Surveyor in coaching and motivating surveyors on the project.
Specific Requirements:
Relevant degree in Quantity Surveying.
Seven years of experience, preferably with a main contractor.
Previous project experience in Construction/Civil Engineering projects is preferred.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent IT skills.
Project allocation will depend on timing of on-boarding.
