Senior Planner - Netherlands - Data Centre - Civils

In the capacity of a Senior Planner, your responsibilities will extend across various projects for clients and contractors within the Construction, Utilities, and Infrastructure sectors.
Key Role Deliverables:
- Support and mentor other planners in the team on their projects, providing planning assistance.
- Ensure seamless integration of design and procurement elements with construction phases.
- Develop integrated tender programs and present proposals during settlement meetings.
- Handle change management by assessing program impact of changes and advising on EOT (Extension of Time) requirements.
- Produce schedules and obtain approvals from clients for both programs and EOTs.
- Take accountability for complex, large-scale projects or multiple significant projects, managing them to successful conclusions with minimal supervision.
- Set up lean visual programs to assist the Project Team in timely project delivery, enhancing productivity, performance, and safety.
- Address any other reasonable requests as required by Management.
- Align all behaviors and day-to-day activities with the company's core values.
Minimum Qualifications/Experience:
- Post-degree/relevant technical experience in major construction projects.
- Operational experience (e.g., site engineer/agent) with significant planning services experience in medium to large UK projects.
Essential and Desirable Skills:
- Strong customer relationship and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to own and present the "Plan" at all levels within the organizational structure.
- Demonstrable capability in using planning products (e.g., Primavera Project Management, Microsoft Project, Asta, TiLoS, Synchro, etc.).
- Proficient in Critical Path Analysis, Earned Value Techniques, and "Extension of Time" analysis techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Capacity to manage a large workload and prioritize tasks.
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn.
