Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate administrative functions for multiple directors.

- Provide support on complex builds in industries such as Airports, Pharma, etc., with project values over 50.000.000 GBP +
- Supervise and mentor a team, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the Document Control role and its importance in project management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in office administration, preferably in a complex construction environment.
- Familiarity with managing administrative tasks for large-scale projects in industries like Airports, Pharma, Data Centre etc.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a team effectively.
