Senior Electrical Manager- Rosslare
€70,000- 75,000 DOE + Package
We are assisting an international multi-disciplinary Top Tier Contractor and leading provider of top notch construction and engineering services in their search for an experienced Senior Electrical Manager to be working in the company's projects in Rosslare, Ireland. The company is focused in operating across Ireland, the UK and Europe and has become the engineering and construction services provider of choice in growth segments such as pharmaceuticals, data centres, life sciences, industrial, commercial, residential and power transmission and distribution.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
Manage project resources including, manpower, materials and equipment to ensure efficient project execution.
Develop comprehensive project plans for the design, installation and maintenance of electrical systems.
Collaborate with the cross- functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
Monitor progress and identify any issues in the project and provide reliable solutions.
Share expertise in electrical engineering principles to provide technical guidance and solutions.
Assess and approve electrical designs, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and regulations.
Implement a rigorous quality assurance process to maintain the highest quality of work.
Communicate project updates, milestones and challenges effectively to senior management and other relevant parties.
Maintenance of quality and health and safety standards in line with internal procedures.
Supervise electrical installation activities on site ensuring adherence to project specifications, safety standards and quality requirements.
Proven record in delivering Electrical projects from pre-construction through to commissioning and handover, on time and within budget.
Relevant 3rd Level Electrical Qualification is essential.
Electrical trade background would be advantageous.
5+ years’ experience in a similar role is essential.
Experience of managing Electrical projects is a distinct advantage.
Excellent delegation and organisational skills.
Ability to work and collaborate with the wider project team essential.
Strong communications skills, both written and oral required.
Excellent IT skills.
