Senior Building Services Manager- Dublin 

€85,000-95,000 DOE 

Our top tier client is expanding and seeking to hire for an experienced Senior Building Services Manager to play a key role in our construction projects in Dublin, Ireland. Please look at the job description below. 

Key Responsibilities will include: 

• Evaluate installation plans and specifications to ensure that the project is delivered according to the client’s needs. 

• Guide the design team on the co-ordination of services within the overall building design 

• Reviewing prices for services work. 

• Testing and checking installations. 

• Attending meetings and presenting ideas and progress reports to managers and clients. 

• Guiding the clients on how the building services will operate once the building is complete. 

• Making sure jobs meet building regulations and health and safety requirements. 

Key Skills and Requirements will include: 

• Degree in Building Services /Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. 

• Proven leadership and managerial skills in the same role. 

• Technically minded and have good team working skills. 

• Excellent IT Skills. 

• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively. 

• Strong organisational skills with ability to multi task.
