Experience: 5-8 years in Industrial/commercial/shed projects
Key Requirements:
- 5-8 years of proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
- Strong background in commercial and industrial projects.
- Proficient in project cost management and budgeting.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with project teams.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee cost aspects of commercial shed construction projects.
- Conduct accurate cost estimations and budget forecasts.
- Collaborate with project teams and contractors to ensure financial success.
- Provide expertise in contract negotiation and administration.
- Regularly update stakeholders on project cost status.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
- Relevant professional certifications are a plus.
