As a Mechanical Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful completion of this innovative project.
Skills and Requirements:
- A relevant third-level qualification is required, such as Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or Building Services Engineering.
- Experience working on projects within the Life Sciences sector would be beneficial.
- A minimum of 2+ years of post-qualification experience in a contracting environment is essential.
- Experience in M&E quantity surveying or Building Services Engineering is necessary.
- Depending on your level of experience, you will be responsible for cost control, measurement of works, and reporting into or managing all commercial aspects of our projects.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a multi-functional team.
- Proficiency in IT is essential, particularly with a strong emphasis on Microsoft Excel.
- You will be involved in building/establishing our supply chain with European-based vendors/sub-contractors and conducting both commercial and technical analysis of their quotations.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills are vital.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work well under strict deadlines are crucial.
- Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
