Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and enforce health and safety policies tailored for construction projects.
Conduct regular site safety inspections and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
Provide guidance and training to construction teams on safety protocols and procedures.
Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, implementing corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with construction health and safety legislation and industry standards.
Provide expert advice on health and safety measures for the duration of a cutting-edge project.
Collaborate with project teams to address safety concerns and implement preventive measures.
Qualifications:
More than 1 year experience as a Health and Safety Advisor in the construction sector.
In-depth knowledge of construction health and safety regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to conduct effective safety training sessions.
NEBOSH or relevant certification is preferred.
