Electrical Supervisor - Dublin
As an Electrical Supervisor, you will hold a pivotal position in our project development and implementation processes. Collaborating closely with the Construction and Project Manager, you will oversee the coordination and operation of the site to ensure successful project completion.
Responsibilities:
- Report to the Construction and/or Project Manager.
- Demonstrate the ability to work with minimal supervision within a dynamic team environment.
- Ensure all site operations adhere strictly to company HSQE requirements and standards.
- Manage, supervise, and report on daily operations, including the safe execution of works, allocation of resources, and materials.
- Coordinate and oversee subcontractors on site.
- Conduct post-construction surveys and compile accurate information for As-Built records.
- Execute company compliance and administration procedures, recording the performance and progress of site operations and subcontractors.
- Ensure that works are completed to a high standard, in compliance with building regulations, National Rules for Electrical Installations, Health and Safety, and environmental standards.
Skills and Requirements:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Essential background in the electrical trade.
- Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
- Experience with Revit would be advantageous.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a team environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a talent for building effective working relationships.
