Key Responsibilities:
Undertake all aspects of building services management, overseeing a wide variety of modern plant, equipment, and systems controlled by BMS.
Ensure the successful design, installation, and commissioning of complex Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) packages.
Lead and manage projects, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within scope.
Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of experience in building services management, with a strong background in electrical projects.
Proven track record of leadership and project management, with a focus on delivering successful outcomes.
Experience working on projects in the Life Sciences, Industrial, or Pharmaceutical sectors is preferable.
Previous experience working with main contractors is highly desirable.
Strong technical knowledge of modern plant, equipment, and systems controlled by BMS.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritize tasks accordingly.
Relevant qualifications in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
