CSA Construction Manager- Netherlands
€75,000-90,000 DOE + Package
Due to our client's continued expansion, we are actively seeking an CSA Construction Manager to be working in their projects based in the Netherlands. Our client is focused in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering, Sprinkler and Fire Protection division and also offers additional top notch services that includes Waste to Energy (BioEnergy), Specialist Lift, Off Site Fabrication, Technical Support Services, Maintenance, Asset Management, BIM (Building Information Modelling) and Geo-Surveying.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
Lead the planning, execution and tracking of the ongoing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope and within the budget.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, resource requirements, project milestones and communicate project status updates to stakeholders.
Support the Project Manager and be pivotal to the development and completion of the 44MW project.
Proven record in delivering CSA projects/packages from pre-construction through to commissioning and handover.
Ability to review, interpret and summarise large amounts of data into client and project reports.
Experience in managing coordinating internal fit out works/ firestopping with Mechanical / Electrical installations is essential for both subcontract and self-delivered elements.
Civils experience is desirable but not essential.
Commercially and contractually aware with a good understanding of package management.
Proven ability to manage an existing core cross-functional team / develop the team.
At least 5 years’ experience post qualification.
Data centre construction experience essential having delivered a project of 20MW+ from pre construction to operational handover.
Working experience of construction processes and managing on site coordination meetings is essential.
Relevant Construction qualification is essential.
Excellent IT skills is essential and a good understanding of programmes including CSA activities.
Proven ability to work both individually and as part of a cross-functional team.
CSA/VGA knowledge is essential.
Understanding of Health and Safety.
